Isl competition will begin in the month of October 2009. To fill the time, the League Indonesian (BLI) for the Inter Island Cup tournament. The tournament uses a system of competition and in the six groups. Only the champion of the group go to the next round. This tournament will start at the end of August with a total of 25 contention. Rules in a flexible, free club in determining the number of players. BLI only prohibit changes or movement occurred during the competition.
